By accessing or using the WePlayer app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
WePlayer is a platform that provides synchronized, crowdsourced sports commentary. We provide tools for users to listen to alternate audio streams while watching live sports broadcasts, and for broadcasters to stream their own commentary.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Conduct
Users are solely responsible for the content they broadcast or post on WePlayer. You agree not to broadcast content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
WePlayer respects the intellectual property of others. Our platform is for commentary and fan interaction. Users must not stream unauthorized video or audio feeds of copyrighted sports broadcasts. WePlayer provides synchronization tools for audio commentary only.
6. Limitation of Liability
WePlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content broadcasted by users or the accuracy of synchronization, which relies on crowdsourced consensus and user internet connections.
